Mr. Dalton Lee chairs a number of regional boards, including Caribbean Association of Banks (CAB) and the Caribbean Association of Audit Committee Members (CAACM). Mr. Lee is one of the founders of Bank of Montserrat Limited, and currently serves as chairman of its board of directors. Mr. Lee held positions of increasing responsibility with Bank of New England (now Bank of America). He started his career in banking with Barclays Bank. Mr. Lee is the principal of Veradenis Business Consulting LLC, which provides financial consulting to companies in a broad array of industries. Veradenis offers a wide range of services, including accounting; process automation and improvement; ERP selection and implementation; transaction due diligence; and the designing and implementation of executive/board compensation plans. Previously, Mr. Lee was Vice President of Finance/CFO for Meredith Corporation’s Local Media Group, where he oversaw accounting, finance, financial reporting, human resources, IT, and strategic planning. He joined Meredith Corporation as Group Controller. Mr. Lee is a highly sought-after speaker, having presented at numerous national and regional conferences in the United States and the Caribbean, on a variety of topics, which include generating financial and operational efficiencies in accounting and finance operations, process improvement, centralization, and automation. Mr. Lee is a magna cum laude graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Accounting. He also holds a post-graduate certificate in business management from Southern Methodist University and is an Accredited Director (Accr. Dir.) from Institute of Chartered Secretaries and dministrators/Chartered Secretaries Canada.
