Mrs. Patricia Marinho

Patricia Marinho has over 15 years of legal and compliance experience. She is the Compliance Director – LatAm and Central America of Willis Towers Watson, the third largest insurance broker in the world. Patricia leads and manages the team of Local Compliance Officers responsible for the administration of Willis’ compliance program throughout the vast Latim America, Central America and Caribbean Regions. Patricia actively participated to international AML, Data Privacy conferences in the U.S. and Brazil. She also taught Computer Law for MBA classes at the Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She earned her J.D. at the University Candido Mendes of Rio de Janeiro and proceeded to broaden her studied with an Intellectual Property Course at the U.C. Berkeley, an LLM at the University of Miami School of Law and a CRCP at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. She is an active member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money laundering Specialist, the Programming Director of the ACAMS South Florida Chapter.
