Ms. Michelle Martin is Chairman & CEO, ComplianceAid and AMLFC Institute. Ilieva led a National Model Risk Management practice at Grant Thornton where she advised some of world’s most prominent financial institutions. She launched first commercial application of mobile banking in US market in a cross-industry partnership between banking and telecommunication. In addition, she has extensive direct business experience in the regulated and highly competitive three-tier alcohol beverage wholesale distribution system. Ilieva holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, a Masters in Mathematical Economics and Management. Jeremy Stephen has extensive experience in private equity, and economic consulting the Region and in Barbados. He is a former President of the Barbados Economics, and his core consulting specialties include corporate advisory; financial due d economic analysis; economics of cryptocurrencies, and web and app development. Also a FAA Commercial Multiengine Pilot. He has provided business advisory services, inter alia, to the Food and Ag Organization; the Government of Barbados; the Nevis Island Administration; the Ca Development Bank; One Caribbean Media; The Craane Group (Merrill Lynch); a Communications and the Barbados Medicinal Cannabis Authority. He served Chairman of the Board at COSCAP (Barbados). He lectured in Banking & Finance at the University of the West Indies – Cave Hill Campus. His research in cryptocurrencies produced the widely regarded research p conjunction with Professor Winston Moore: “Should Cryptocurrencies be include Portfolio of International Reserves held by the Central Bank of Barbados?”. As a Commonwealth Scholar, Jeremy received his MSc. Finance degree concentration in Portfolio Management, Financial Statement Analysis and Entrepre from Imperial College London in 2007, and the BSc. Economics in 2005 from the U of the West Indies–Cave Hill Campus, with First Class Honours.
