Certification Programs:

A prospective candidate who is declined admission due to failure to meet program admissions requirements is entitled to a full refund of the fees paid. Candidates who withdraw prior to the start of the certification program will receive a full refund less $50 USD processing fee. Candidates who withdraw after the start of the respective certification program will receive an account credit towards any services/programs offered by the AMLFC Institute. All account credits must be used within a year from date of issue. Candidates must send all cancellation requests to their respective University partner and copy support@amlfc.institute.

Conferences:

Conference registrants may cancel if written cancellation requests are received at least 60 days prior to the start of the respective conference. A credit voucher will be issued less 50% of the registration fee for written cancellation requests received up to 30 days prior to the start of scheduled conference. No refunds or credits are issued on cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the start of the scheduled conference. Cancellation requests shall incur a processing fee of $100 USD. Written cancellation requests should be sent to support@amlfc.institute.

Webinars:

Webinar participants who cancel at least one week prior to the start of the webinar may receive a full refund less $25 USD processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received less than a week before the start of the webinar. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to support@amlfc.institute.

Cancellations by the AMLFC Institute:

In the case of certification programs candidates (students) will be notified by their University partner of the cancellation. Candidates will have the option to sign up for the next available cohort or to receive a full refund. Refunds for certification programs will be processed directly by the University partners if candidates paid fees directly to the University partner. If payments for certification programs are received directly at the AMLFC Institute refunds will be issued directly from the Institute. In the case of conferences and webinars participants will be notified via email from support@amlfc.institute of the cancellation. Participants will receive a full account credit, which can be used for any of the certification programs, conferences, or webinars offered by the AMLFC Institute.

All registered candidates for certification programs should send their complaints to the designated email of their respective University partner and copy support@amlfc.institute. Complainants are asked to allow 2 business days for response. If no response if received from respective University partner within 2 business days complaints can escalate matter directly to the AMLFC Institute by emailing support@amlfc.institute. Complainants are asked to allow 2 business days for processing and response.
